3. Data Usage
We collect and use data specifically to provide the "Invisible ERP" experience, including syncing with your Excel workbooks and providing WhatsApp-based entry terminals.
3.1 LeadScout Browser Extension
For the LeadScout extension, we collect and process information from LinkedIn and Google Search (including profile details, search results, and interaction logs) only to enable automated outreach sequences and lead management tasks initiated by the user.
This data is processed locally within the browser and synced securely with your LeadScout desktop application. We do not sell, trade, or share your LinkedIn or Google search data with any third parties, nor do we use it for advertising, marketing, or user profiling outside of the core functionality of the LeadScout automation engine.
3.2 Tribe App & Facial/Biometric Data Policy
No Collection of Face Data: The Tribe App does not collect, capture, scan, use, store, share, disclose, or retain any biometric data, facial recognition data, or face data.
While the app allows users to optionally upload a profile photo from their camera or gallery, this photo is used solely as a static profile picture for display to other members within their selected Tribe. We do not perform any facial analysis, mapping, scanning, or processing of biometric features from uploaded images.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion
Users have the right to request access to their data or the permanent deletion of their account and associated lead records. To request data deletion, please contact us at the email address provided below. For LeadScout, deleting local records from the desktop application will permanently erase that data from your local instance.
5. Refund & Cancellation (Specific to Refund Policy)
Our services are based on an outcome-linked model. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the "Handshake 1-Week Structural Transition" status and implementation progress.
